C. Legal Requirements

While there are two principal laws which deal with regulation in this sector, several other laws are also relevant and should be consulted. Also, it is important to note that where the producer of forestry or fisheries products is also the processor and/or the trader, it will be important to consider the requirements set forth in section 4.5 on industry and section 4.11 on trade and commerce.
